Quilt Canada 2010
5:32pm - Dec 4, 2009
Hello all Quilters and Friends,

It is with great pleasure that I send to you the Christmas issue of the Newsletter created by the Calgary Quilt Canada Committee 2010. It will help answer some of your questions and let you know what we have planned for you. If you have more questions, please submit them to either Karen or Heather whose addresses are at the bottom of this newsletter. As my newsletter address list keeps growing all the time, I would suggest that you all go to the CQA website (www.canadianquilter.com) and find the previous 3 issues. The website has been updated and you will find the latest information about the Conference. Also please forgive us if you receive several copies -- I get mailing lists from several different sources so there may be repetition.
If you are a CQA Provincial Rep I am requesting that you forward it to all guilds in your province and other interested 'parties'. All of you, please feel free to share with friends - we want everyone to know that we are planning a terrific conference and quilt shows here in Calgary!

Sincerely,

Karen Jurek

Quilters Connection Magazine
9:54am - Nov 13, 2009
Quilter's Connection Magazine is Canada's new quilting magazine. Published quarterly, Quilter's Connection provides quilters with a connection to the rest of the quilting community across Canada. A magazine dedicated to those in the quilting community, written for quilters, by quilters, Quilter's Connection Magazine is the source for all things related to quilting in Canada. The magazine entertains Canadian quilters with news and reviews, projects, heartwarming and motivational stories about quilters and their achievements, quilting tips, and techniques - content to inspire the quilter in everyone. Quilter's Connection Magazine was formerly known in British Columbia as Connections for Quilters Newsletter. Connections for Quilters began in 1993 as a humble two-page calendar of events for quilters. It has grown over the years into a newsletter packed with news, regular features, columns and photos from events and organizations throughout the British Columbia quilting industry. Today, the magazine is growing again, as it begins its new life as Quilter's Connection Magazine - a full-color, professional magazine filled with valuable information for quilters across Canada.
